Over the past 15 years, at least 17 Arab men either convicted or linked to terrorism were able to become US citizens and stay in the country -- by marrying American women.
A report from a former counsel to the 9/11 Commission found at least 9 of the marriages were shams -- designed solely to let the men stay in the US. (IHT)
