Former President's George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton say the federal government has not done enough in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.
The two were tapped to raise private relief money for the hurricane's victims -- similar to the effort they led after last year's tsunami.
Former President Bush told CNN he was "not satisfied" with the federal response. Former President Clinton said the government "failed" the people Katrina hit. (CNN)
