Leaving New Orleans Undefended to Fight Saddam

A former Clinton Presidential advisor blames the Bush administration for cuts that may have made Hurricane Katrina's destruction worse.

Sidney Blumenthal says FEMA warned in 2001 that a hurricane striking New Orleans was one of the three most likely natural or manmade disasters the US could face.
