A hacker who broke into T-Mobile's computer system and stole Paris Hilton's (right) phone records just landed in jail for 11 months.But Republican staffers who hacked into Congressional Democrats' computers and lifted internal memos last year were never charged with any crime.
Sen Dick Durbin (D-IL) has asked the Attorney General to look into the case "and see if he can perhaps protect our records as much as we want to protect that poor young lady's telephone records." (Newsday)
