The CIA Inspector General names names in his report on the spy shop's failings leading to 9/11.CIA Director Porter Goss delivered the report personally to Congress Tuesday. The contents have not been made public. It could be months or years before a declassified version is available. The IG's report on the 1961 Bay of Pigs Invasion was not declassified until 1998.
But the findings highlight specific failings and points fingers to specific individuals.
