Rich Lowry -- editor of the National Review -- has a short shopping list of more pork barrel spending in homeland security. He's particularly ticked off about big bucks going to small places that terrorists have never heard of:
- $500,000 for communications equipment in North Pole, Alaska
- $98,000 for training courses no one bothered to attend in Lenawee County, Michigan (Laurel Outlook)
