Florida's involvement in the Terri Schiavo case is apparently over once and for all. Gov Jeb Bush (R-FL) had asked for an investigation of her husband, Michael Schiavo. The Governor questioned whether Mr Schiavo had waited too long before calling 9/11. State Attorney Bernie McCabe now says there is no evidence of any criminal action.
