Iraq: Cradle of Civilization, Birthplace of New Terror

Independent studies by think tanks in Saudi Arabia and Israel have reached the same conclusion about Iraq and terrorism. They've both found that foreign fighters captured in Iraq had never been involved in any terrorist activity prior to Iraq. The interrogations of captured foreign fighters found they were answering a call to join the fight. Both studies show the detainees became radicalized by the Iraq War -- and suggest the invasion of Iraq has created a new generation of anti-American terrorists. (Houston Chronicle)
