Sen Susan Collins (R-ME) (right) wants Congress to look into some hurricane relief requests. Seems Louisianna leaders asked for laptops, air conditioners, and golf carts in the wake of Katrina.She says those don't seem to be typical requests.
The laptop computers and golf carts are suspicious. But we southerners will forgive the Senator from Maine on her lack of understanding just how vital air conditioners can be in the Mississippi delta. (USAToday)
