Homeland Security Late Again

How can you defend the country -- when you don't know where to put your defenses?

The Homeland Security Department was supposed to have finished a list of potential terrorist targets more than a year ago. They still haven't delivered it.

President Bush ordered that it be completed last December.

Three years after the Department's creation, they still don't have a workable database of potential targets.

Three years. Wow. Makes those five days of sitting on their hands after Hurricane Katrina seem almost minor by comparison -- almost.
