Another Surprise from President Bush

First he took questions. Now he's taken the blame.

In another rare move, President Bush accepted responsibility for the faulty intelligence that led to the Iraq War:

"[I]t is true that much of the intelligence turned out to be wrong. As President, I'm responsible for the decision to go into Iraq -- and I'm also responsible for fixing what went wrong by reforming our intelligence capabilities. "
The comment came during the President's fourth and final speech on his Iraq strategy. (The White House)
