Is This Any Way to Run a Horse Show (continued)?

For folks left homeless by recent hurricanes, red tape is just a phone call away.

Bob Sullivan reports that if people can find a phone at their shelter and call FEMA, they too often get a recording telling them to use the FEMA website.

Obviously, that's no problem for a person who has lost everything in a storm. But if they do find a computer and go to the website they've been getting messages like this:

"The system is unavailable. Please try again later or contact the FEMA Helpline at the number listed below."
