Republicans and Democrats are both pressuring the White House to set a timetable for withdrawing troops from Iraq.The Senate votes on two plans today -- one from each party -- that would require 2006 to be a year of major transition: Where US forces will begin turning over security to the Iraqis.
Both plans seriously reign in the far reaching war powers Congress gave President Bush at the beginning of the Iraq War. (CNN)
