They're still counting votes in the Virginia Attorney General race. Republican Bob McDonnell leads Democrat Creigh Deeds by fewer than 2,000 votes -- out of nearly 2 million cast.
If the margin is less than 1% -- law requires a recount. Both Mr Deeds and Mr McDonnell have already assembled their legal teams -- and ever the optimists -- both have transition teams in place, too.
