A former head honcho of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting has been forced to resign from the board.
It comes after the inspector general finished an investigation into Ken Tomlinson's use of corporation money to create more conservative programming. Mr Tomlinson hired researchers to monitor political leanings on certain programs and made secret payments to a pair of Republican lobbyists.
Confidentiality agreements are keeping the IG report secret. (NYT)
