Take the case of this plate issued by Washington -- the other one.
The DMV folks decided it was a bad idea after getting quite a few complaints that it was offensive -- from Republicans upset over the "F" and Democrats upset over the "Dubya" no doubt.
Can't seem to please anybody these days.
