I'm Not Dead Yet!
William Rehnquist is in pretty lousy health compared to most of us, but he hasn't said he's retiring. But there's already the rush to look at the "Rehnquist Legacy" -- his contributions of 33 years on the Supreme Court, 18 of them as Chief Justice. (WashPost)
