Little Pay Off From the Domestic Spying Program

The Washington Post reported Sunday that of more than 5,000 people spied on -- the FBI found no terrorists. That's hundreds of highly trained people, thousands -- or tens of thousands of manhours -- wasted.

Meanhile, the National Counterterrorism Center is out with their new desk calendar. Al Kamen in the Post reports that the list of most wanted includes practically the same names as last year -- meaning we haven't captured or killed all that many big targets.

And the Center's added two new terrorist organizations to their list.
