There are "lung-melting" and other deadly chemicals being made in some of the most heavily populated parts of the US. Congressional investigators have found that a major disaster at any one of more than 100 plants in 23 states could kill a million Americans. Chemical plants have long been considered prime targets for terrorists wanting to do a lot of damage with little resources. (AP)
