Sen Conrad Burns (R-MT) claims he and President Bush have a "secret" plan for winning the Iraq War -- they're just not going to share it with anyone.The claim came in the Senator's debate with challenger Jon Tester (D), and has provided plenty of comedy foder for Montana disc jockeys and editorial writers all day long.
