Gov Frank Murkowski (R-AK) (right)has been borrowing a catch phrase from Napoleon Dynamite.In at least two speeches in a week, the Associated Press has quoted the Governor saying "Flippin' sweet!"
Meanwhile, state Rep Eric Croft (D-Anchorage) described the Governor's 80-minute budget speech as "Flippin' long." (KTVA)
