A Pentagon study calls the US Army a "thin green line" that's near the breaking point.The report concludes the Army can't keep up it's pace long enough to defeat the insurgency in Iraq. It also suggests the Pentagon's top brass is aware of the problem -- and that it led to their push to start withdrawing troops. (AP)
