Hitting Close to Home

One University expert on property taxes calls it a crisis. Property taxes are rising around the country. Higher property values are driving them up and driving suburban sprawl as people move farther out to escape the higher taxes. It's also hitting people on fixed incomes -- folks who've lived in the same house for decades while it's value increased. (CSM)
