With just over two months until the election, there's a plan to invent e-mail voting in Missouri. The idea would allow service members overseas e-mail in their absentee votes. The Pentagon scrapped a $22 million dollar project along these lines back in February when scientists said it was too open to fraud.
So why does Missouri suddenly want to try it?
The idea was raised by Republican Secretary of State Matt Blunt. He just happens to be running for Governor. (WashPost)
