Gov Bob Taft (R-OH) has earned a permanent black mark on his record as an attorney. The Ohio Supreme Court voted to publicly reprimand Gov Taft over ethics violations.He pleaded "no contest" last year for failing to report gifts and trips -- resulting in a $4,000 fine. He was the first sitting Ohio Governor ever charged with a crime. (SeattleP-I)
