Kemp on Iraq

Jack Kemp -- the 1996 GOP Vice Presidential nominee -- is the latest Republican calling for some kind of timeline for getting the troops out of Iraq. Appearing on NBC's "Meet the Press," The former Congressman says the US needs to declare there will be no permenent US bases in Iraq.
