No DeLay in Giving Back Money

House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-TX) has given back $3,500 in contributions to his legal defense fund. The gifts broke House rules. The GOP recently changed their rules to allow DeLay to keep his leadership post if he's indicted in an ongoing investigation. (Houston Chronicle)
