Sen Wayne Allard (R-CO) just made it harder for his party to take back the Senate in 2008.Sen Allard announced he'll not seek re-election in a state that has been shifting from red to blue. The loss of the incumbent advantage makes it a bit more difficult for the GOP -- 21 Republican seats and only 12 Democratic seats are up for re-election in 2008. (NYT)
