The Associated Press reports the FBI has executed search warrants on the house and office of the CIA's outgoing Executive Director.Kyle "Dusty" Foggo resigned this week from his number three post at CIA.
He's reportedly under investigation in a case related to that of former Rep Randy "Duke" Cunningham -- convicted earlier this year on corruption charges. (AP)
