Arizona voters may get a chance to play the lottery at the ballot box.A group there has come up with a plan to award one random voter $1-million after each statewide election. The people pushing the plan say they've gathered enough signatures to put the plan on the fall ballot.
They claim it would boost voter turnout. The money would come from unclaimed lottery funds. (BostonGlobe)
