Instant credit's leading to a rise in identity theft. The Federal Trade Commission says nearly 10 million people were ID theft victims last year. They blame quick credit applications for making the crime so easy. The FTC's Howard Beale talks about the "miracle of instant credit" where you can walk into a big box store and 15 minutes later walk out with a $3,000 plasma screen TV.
