Baltimore City Paper's Joe MacLeod would be a bargin for the Education Department. The guy's no Armstrong Williams, but give him credit for trying. Give the guy $10 and he'll mention you, your company, or your cause in his Mr Wrong column. That's a bargin compared to the $240,000 paid Mr Williams to promote "No Child Left Behind."
