I Spy The Blame for 9/11

An internal investigation at the CIA found the highest ranking leaders at the spy agency should be held accountable for failing to head off the 9/11 attacks. But Mr Tenent has already suffered the humiliation of having to recieve the Medal of Freedom -- the nation's highest civilian honor -- in public. Isn't that enough? (IHT)
