Groundhog: The Other Pork

Punxsutawney Phil -- the weather forcasting groundhog who looks for his shadow every Groundhog's Day -- is coming out of his hole early to lobby Washington. He's at the center of a controversy over pork barrel spending. There's a $100,000 grant in the omnibus spending bill for his museum. So the folks behind the grant -- including Rep John Peterson (R-PA) -- are bringing the furry little rodent to Washington for some photo ops to soften the blow to taxpayers. (Human Events)
