FactCheck.org A Fictional View of the Filibuster
FactCheck.org calls the Jimmy Stewart filibuster ad "innocence by association." The FactCheck folks take on People for the American Way for championing the filibuster as a noble part of democracy -- while ignoring the "sometimes dark purposes for which the filibuster has been used." (FactCheck.org)
