The Cost of War

Troop deaths in Iraq have dropped to the lowest level in a year. The Pentagon says 35 Americans died in March in Iraq. That's the lowest since 21 died in February 2004. The decline began after the fall assault on insurgent stronghold Fallujah and the decline accelerated after the Iraqi elections in January. A total of 1,533 Americans have died in the Iraq War.
