Is There a Doctor in the House -- Or Senate?

Newly elected Senator, Tom Coburn (R-OK) wants to keep practicing medicine while he serves in the Senate. There's a rule against keeping your old job while serving in the upper chamber. He challenged a similar rule the House had when he was a Representative. And, he delivered 400 babies while serving as a Congressman. (LAT)
