Just two and a half years after Washington tightened regulations on corporate America -- and two months and change after the election -- lobbyists are urging Washington to forgive and forget all that Enron related corruption. Scandals like Enron and CorldCom Inc., exposed corruption while costing investors billions. Now trade groups say the fix is costing companies too much. They're asking members to put together lists of problems they hope will add up to relaxed rules.
