The Doctor accused of blowing up his upper East Side mansion this week fired off a long, rambling rant on e-mails to FOX News commentator Sean Hannity, Sen Arlen Specter (R-PA) and Gov Arnold Schwarzenegger (R-CA) shortly before the explosion.FOX has posted the e-mail to Mr Hannity.
