A 14-year-old boy was shot to death with a lawmaker's gun in Pennsylvania. Police are trying to determine if it was a suicide, accident, or something else.The boy was caring for State Senator Bob Regola's (R-Greensburg) (right) pets while the lawmaker was away from home. (AP)
