Wanna Check out a Library Book? Fine, We'll Need Your Fingerprints.

The Naperville Public Library System in Illinois will become only the second library in the US to require fingerprints to check out books. More fear of terrorists has prompted the library to take the step. It comes as Congress considers expanding the USA Patriot Act -- giving federal agents expanded power to examine your reading habits.
