The woman who blew the whistle on FBI failings leading up to 9/11 has retired from the Bureau. Coleen Rowley was a career FBI agent. She retired 11 days after her 50th birthday -- when she finally became eligible for a full pension. She wrote a letter critical of Washington bureaucrats who held up investigating word that suspected terrorist Zacarias Moussaoui was learning to fly a 747 at a Minnesota flight school.
