Reaching the Summit on Bush Economic Plans

President Bush's plans for Social Security and income tax reform are still pretty vague. But he plans to flesh them out in an economic summit. It'll be something like the one he held in 2002 to outline plans for recovering from the recession. The conference will include the Vice President and Cabinet secretaries. It's supposed to happen later this month. (Houston Chronicle)
