Voting Machine Lawsuit (Shouldn't this Headline be AFTER the Election?)

The state of California is joining a lawsuit against electronic voting machine maker Diebold Election Systems. The suit claims the company lied about the safety and security of the voting machines. Diebold's top people have campaign donation ties to the Bush campaign. Nearly one-third of all ballots cast in the US this fall will be on electronic systems. (LAT)
