Talking Out Both Sides Working Well

President Bush has called John Kerry’s Vietnam service record “more heroic” than his own military record. But Bush’s wife and father, and the GOP’s 1996 Presidential nominee all talk up the Swift Boat ads the President has refused to condemn. The move makes the President look good; while his campaign gets all the mileage it can out of the independent ads. (CBS)
