No Plan of Attack in the Event of Attack
9/11 gave us color coded charts and long waits at airports. But the agency charged with keeping us safe on airplanes, buses, trains, and ships doesn't have a single plan in the works to deal with terrorist attacks. The TSA (Transportation Safety Administration) was assembled right after 9/11 and rolled into the Department of Homeland Security. But three years after 9/11, a 20-page report says they haven't come up with any plans for dealing with an attack. (LAT)
