San Miguel de Allende, Mexico is a peaceful little retirement village south of the border, chock full of old hippies from the states. And they can vote. About 5,000 yanks live in the Mexican village and politics is big talk there as both campaigns struggle to round up every absentee vote they can. (Reuters)
