Flimsy Info Burned Colin Powell

Secretary of State Colin Powell told Congress the CIA and other intel services left him high and dry before the UN. Powell told the UN before the Iraq invasion that US intel showed labs and WMD stockpiles. Yesterday, Powell told Congress the US intel agencies knew a lot of their information was flimsy -- but never told Powell. (Boston Globe)
