The Raw Story has identified a second aide to Vice President Dick Cheney who is cooperating in the CIA leak probe.Earlier, sources had identified John Hannah -- a Vice Presidential aide and architect of the Iraq War -- as working with special prosecutor Patrick Gitzgerald in exchange for a "deal."
