Television ads are running in Texas and Washington, DC attacking the prosecutor who brought indictments against former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-TX) (right).The ads by the Free Enterprise Fund compare prosecutor Ronnie Earle to an attack dog and call him a "liberal Democrat." They look like political ads -- not what you'd expect in a legal proceeding.
